Rosario VII hand painted cuerda seca tile — a distinctive variation in our popular Rosario series from the San Luis Obispo (SLO) collection, offering a fresh colorway and subtle pattern differences that set it apart from the Azul and Amarillo versions. The cuerda seca technique creates raised ridges between each color, producing the tactile, three-dimensional texture that defines authentic Malibu style tilework.
Each tile is individually hand crafted using the traditional cuerda seca method, where molten wax separates glaze colors before firing. The Rosario VII works beautifully as a standalone feature or mixed with other Rosario colorways to create a rich, multi-tonal installation. Ideal for kitchen backsplashes, bathroom walls, fireplace surrounds, and decorative accent installations.
Available in 2", 4.25", and 6" sizes. Every tile is handmade and unique. All handmade Mexican products are rustic in nature and subject to variation in shape, size, and color.
