Collection: San Luis Obispo Field Tiles

The San Luis Obispo Solidos are solid-color handmade ceramic tiles designed to pair perfectly with the patterned tiles in our San Luis Obispo collection. These field tiles provide the clean backdrop that allows decorative accents and borders to shine, while maintaining the handcrafted character that unifies the entire line.

Each Solido tile carries the subtle surface variation and warm color depth that only hand-glazing can produce. Unlike factory tiles with perfectly flat, uniform finishes, our Solidos have the gentle undulation and glaze pooling that give handmade installations their distinctive visual richness.

Available in a coordinated color palette designed to complement the San Luis Obispo Rusticos and Talavera patterns. Use them as field tiles in a patterned installation, as wainscoting below a decorative border, or on their own for a sophisticated monochromatic surface with artisan character.
