La Quinta II hand painted cuerda seca tile — a refined variation of the La Quinta design from our San Luis Obispo (SLO) collection, offering a distinctive colorway that expands the palette options within this popular pattern family. The cuerda seca technique creates raised ridges between each glaze color, giving this tile its characteristic three-dimensional texture and Malibu style appeal.
Each tile is individually hand crafted using the traditional cuerda seca method, where molten wax separates glaze colors before firing. The La Quinta II can be installed on its own for a clean, unified look or combined with other La Quinta variations — Olivo, III, IV, Negro Con Blanco, and Blanco Con Negro — for a rich, curated patchwork effect. Ideal for kitchen backsplashes, bathroom feature walls, and entryway accents.
Available in 2", 4.25", and 6" sizes. Every tile is handmade and unique. All handmade Mexican products are rustic in nature and subject to variation in shape, size, and color.
Available and sold per individual tile. Ships via USPS or UPS depending on order size.
