Santa Helena hand painted cuerda seca tile — an elegant border and trim design from our San Luis Obispo (SLO) collection, featuring a refined linear pattern that frames and complements the bolder SLO decorative tiles. The cuerda seca technique creates raised ridges between each color, giving this tile the same tactile, three-dimensional quality found throughout the collection.
Each tile is individually hand crafted using the traditional cuerda seca method. The Santa Helena is specifically designed to work as a border trim — pair it with San Monica, San Luis Obispo, Santa Fe, or any of our SLO patterns to create a finished, professionally framed installation. Also works beautifully on its own as a liner or accent strip in kitchens and bathrooms.
Available in 4.25" and 6" sizes. Every tile is handmade and unique. All handmade Mexican products are rustic in nature and subject to variation in shape, size, and color.
